Several Palestinians Injured near Nablus

IMEMC - Palestinian medical sources reported that several Palestinians have been injured after a group of extremist Israeli settlers hurled stones at their vehicles close to various roadblocks, near the northern West Bank city of Nablus.

Ma'an - Israeli tanks and bulldozers entered a border area in the southern Gaza Strip on Wednesday, locals said.

Ma'an - Settlers started over 50 fires across the West Bank on Tuesday following the fatal stabbing of a settler in Nablus, official news agency Wafa reported.

IMEMC - The Ahrar Center for Detainees Studies and Human Rights published its monthly report on Israeli violations against the Palestinian in April, revealing that the soldiers killed four Palestinians and kidnapped 259.

The center said that the arrests were mainly made during dozens of invasions carried out by the army against Palestinian communities in the occupied Palestinian territories.

Navy Opens Fire At Fishing Boats In Gaza

IMEMC - The Israeli navy opened fire at several Palestinian fishing boats along the coast in the Gaza Strip; damage was reported but no injuries.Local sources reported that, earlier on Tuesday, the Navy opened fire at severalfishing boats near Gaza City, and that, on Tuesday evening, the Navy opened fire at fishing boats near the An-Nusseirat refugee camp and Deir Al-Balah in northern Gaza.

Settler Stabbed To Death Near Nablus

IMEMC - Israeli sources reported that an Israeli settler of the Yitzhar illegal settlement, near the northern West Bank city of Nablus, was stabbed to death by a Palestinian man near the Za’tara roadblock.

The Al-Aqsa Brigades, the armed wing of Fateh movement, claimed responsibility for the attack. 

Ma'an NewsOne man was killed and another injured in an Israeli airstrike on the Gaza Strip on Tuesday, locals said.

Eyewitnesses told Ma'an that Israeli warplanes fired at a motorcycle west of Gaza City. Haitham al-Mishal, 25, was killed in the attack, and another unidentified man was injured, medical official Ashraf al-Qidra told Ma'an. 

The Jerusalem Post - IDF soldiers evicted several hundred Beduins from a village in the West Bank on Monday after the army declared the area a live-fire training zone.

The residents of Wadi al-Maleh, a village mostly inhabited by shepherds in the arid area bordering Jordan, had almost all left their homes by an evening curfew and retreated to neighboring villages, Aref Daraghmeh, a local leader, told Reuters.

IMEMC -  Israeli “News One” news website reported that the “Lands Authority” of the Israeli Housing Ministry approved the construction of additional 120 units in the Givat Ze’ev illegal settlement, in occupied Jerusalem.

The news agency said that an official at the Ministry stated that the Lands Authority announced bids for the construction of new units in the settlement, and that several construction agencies submitted applications before an Israeli company, known as “Nathaniel” won the new bids.
